2022
Ara, a private equity fund that specialises in industrial decarbonisation, partners with Laurence Molke to create Cycle0, a European biomethane platform, through the acquisition of FNX.
2023
First agri-waste greenfield biomethane plant is inaugurated in Catalonia, Spain.
2024
Biogasclean, the leading global supplier of biological desulphurisation and methanation solutions is acquired.
2024
First private gas grid injection point on the Spanish grid built in Balaguer, Spain.
2025 June
Construction commences on first Italian biomethane plant in Pontinia, in the Lazio region.
2025 June
GARYC, a waste management facility in Toledo, Spain is acquired to generate biomethane from municipal waste.
2025 September
First industrial waste-to-energy plant opens, a joint venture with Toysal Group, leaders in waste management in Galicia.
2025 December
2 plants are inaugurated and commissioned, taking the number of operational plants to 7 at the end of the year.
2026 January
Corte Pila, an Italian operating biogas plant in the process of conversion to biomethane is acquired.
