Membrane upgrading
Modular, membrane-based biogas upgrading systems.
Our biogas to biomethane upgrading solutions feature two modules; pre-treatment and compression and CO² removal. The resulting methane can be grid injected or liquefied for road and maritime transport.
desulphurisation
Biological desulphurisation for reliable chemical-free H2S removal.
Our biological solutions are recognised as leaders in gas desulphurisation, delivering exceptional purification rates of 99–100% for gas flows ranging from 100 to 6,750 nm³/hr, and handling hydrogen sulphide concentrations from 250 to 35,000 ppm.

Liquefaction
Plug and play modular liquefaction solutions
Modular, small-scale liquefaction plants, manufactured by our in-house teams. They are easy to transport, use compact, self-contained nitrogen closed loop refrigeration systems that are low-cost and support installation in remote and rural locations.
Methanation
Biological Methanation
Biological methanation is used to create Bio E-fuel, producing up to around 80% more gas from the same organic input at a biogas plant.
E-fuel technology is similar to desulphurisation but uses other bacteria and operating conditions to convert CO2 and H2 to CH4. This biomethane can be used for decentralised heat and power production, injected into the gas grid or liquefied for marine or road transport.
Offtake
Offtake contracts
Biomethane is chemically identical to natural gas, but with a much lower, or negative Carbon Intensity rating. Cycle0 biogas plants produce RNG from various feedstocks using AD, including agri waste, food, waste, and wastewater sludge.
We work both with traders and corporates looking to source RNG to increase sustainability in both corporate, industrial and transport sectors. Dependent on the feedstock and operating conditions, our gas offtake contracts can deliver renewable gas with as low a CI score of < -95 (grCO2/ MJ). Our contract durations can vary according to requirements and be based on fixed or floating prices
